Welcome to our on-line shop. The Compost Heap is a small company which prides itself on a personal service to customers. We hope that you will find our on-line shopping facility easy to use. DELIVERY
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and dispatch within 10 working days. Where delays are likely we will keep you informed by email.
POSTAGE & PACKING
Postage and packing to U.K mainland on cards only is 1.95 pounds sterling, for all other items Postage and packing is 3.00 pounds sterling. The Compost Heap reserves the right to change carriage charges at any time. Overseas customers will be charged carriage dependent on size of orders.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
Charged at cost according to weight. We will email you within 48 hours of receiving your order with a price, at cost, for the shipping. Please note that VAT @ 17.5% will be deducted from the total amount. If you require an express delivery please let us know.

PRICES
All prices are correct at time of going on-line. We reserve the right to change them. VAT at the current rate is included in the price for UK sales.

RETURNS
Distance Selling Regulations
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return goods for a full refund during the period starting on the day of order and ending 7 working days after the goods have been delivered. Please note we can only make refunds on goods that are returned in a saleable condition.
